In addition, the motor and gearbox are covered by an extended 5-Year Limited Warranty, reflecting our confidence in the durability and reliability of these key components.

If your product experiences a covered defect during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or other assistance as needed.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions and maintenance guidelines.
